EduFin is an innovative entrepreneurship incubator program empowering Ghanaian youth to develop sustainable businesses and tackle unemployment. Through blended online and in-person education, peer mentorship, and access to impact investors, EduFin equips young entrepreneurs with the skills and funding to create meaningful economic opportunities aligned with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
Vision
I'm building off research in youth unemployment, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and decentralized finance (DeFi) to develop EduFin — a hybrid incubator and microfinancing platform tailored to Ghanaian youth. EduFin combines hands-on business education with community support, monetary incentives for SDG-aligned ventures, and peer-to-peer mentorship. Leveraging DeFi tools like liquidity pools and smart contracts, EduFin enables seamless connections between young entrepreneurs and investors, promoting transparent, scalable funding models. Our goal is to expand to all regions of Ghana and eventually across Africa, integrating with universities and growing economic inclusion. This project blends social impact with fintech innovation to combat youth unemployment through sustainable entrepreneurship.
